Help me give my students the opportunity to learn, reflect and process their emotions. The social-emotional classroom activity kit and little Spot Books will allow them to learn pivotal skills that will encourage success in all areas.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This will be my first year in my own office/classroom and these items including the storage unit, carpet and classroom activity kit will allow me to create beneficial environment for the students. The items requested will make a positive impact in the lives of our students as they are given the opportunity to take the time to examine, learn, process and explore their social, emotional and behavioral selves.
My hope for this project is to cultivate a therapeutic atmosphere for my students in order that they may successfully reach their social-emotional goals at school, home and in their community.
These items will allow my students to use a variety of different mediums including games, reading, and arts and crafts to achieve these goals.
