My Project

I am reaching out to request funding for a project designed to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities that explore the vital connections between plants and humans. The goal of this project is to create an engaging and interactive learning environment where students can directly connect with the natural world, deepen their understanding of plant biology, and explore how plants are essential to human life and survival.

How Will the Specific Items Make a Difference in Students' Learning?

The materials and tools requested—such as plant growing kits, microscopes, gardening tools, and reference books—are essential in transforming theoretical knowledge into practical experience. By using these items, students will not only learn about plant biology but will also see and interact with the processes they study.

Plant Growing Kits: These kits allow students to engage in the process of growing plants from seed to full-grown specimens, enabling them to witness firsthand the principles of growth, photosynthesis, and the life cycle of plants.
