School Basics for Exceptional Students

Help me give my students the basics so they can reach their potential in fourth grade! We need crayons, staples, markers, and cardstock.

My Project

Basic supplies and personal care items are often sorely lacking in my inner-city school. Students have to get by without crayons, paper, markers, and other supplies that not only support their learning but make school fun! I do what I can to provide for students but as we reach the midpoint of the year, we are running out! I'm also looking for some supplies to make the classroom more comfortable and inviting. Harsh lighting and intense, dry heating plague my old school building. I'm requesting lamps to make a better learning environment with softer lighting and chapstick for those who suffer from winter chapped lips.

I want to supply some basic supplies and comforts so students can continue to perform to the best of their ability all the way to the end of the school year.

Students in my room deserve to be able to add color to their work, use all the paper they need, and spend the school day in an inviting environment.
