Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This will be my second year as a school-based therapist and as this amazing resource grows I finally have a space to call my own! I have 2 of the 5 elementary schools in the district, my rooms are tiny but mighty!

In therapy a variety of toys and games give students a way to process and express their emotions through their play language.

Such as Legos, dolls, board games, magna tiles, are used to facilitate self-expression, problem-solving, and emotional processing. To help children release pent-up energy and manage stress.

Each of these tools are carefully chosen to match the child's developmental stage and therapeutic goals, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for healing and growth!
