Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My preschool students attend a full-day program where all students learn in their own unique way. Students are able to take part in this experience by learning about relevant topics. The Scholastic magazine gives the students a hands-on experience by having a physical magazine to learn from. Students are also able to learn in this experience by digitally viewing the same magazine in a whole group setting.

The magazine My Big World with Clifford gives my preschool students a hands-on approach to learning about the world around them.

Students are able to learn about age-appropriate topics as well as be exposed to literacy. Students will be able to bring this magazine home and share it with a family member to express what they learned.
