My Project

How many of us have memories of looking through the latest scholastic news magazine? Paleontologist Kristi Curry Rogers credits the magazine for sparking her interest in dinosaurs at a very young age.

I would like to provide my students with an informative magazine that I know they will love as students always have in the past.

A large majority of kindergarten science and social studies standards focus on the world around them, their community, and the holidays that they celebrate. These magazines cover those standards and more!

They also provide students with an opportunity to engage in non-fiction text to boost reading comprehension. Students will get to take this resource home to share what they are learning with their family as well.
