Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As almost everyone knows and understands, math simply cannot be learned without visuals and hands-on activity for most, if not all. Research has shown time and time again that students need hands on opportunities to manipulate numbers and new concepts.

You will be funding students exploring with Class posters of Multiplication and division facts, Growth Mindset posters and State Test Questions Practice.

These resources will accessible to my students on bulletin boards and copies of the SBAC questions will be accessible in small groups so that they can have a strong foundation for number sense and place value when the end of the year assessment is taken.

Quality math instruction relies on resources like these to support learning and true understanding. The following resources are useful to understand the value of every number; thus, these Workbooks will help my students have a better sense of place value. These activities will help my students during small group instruction so that my students can practice and have a better grasp of what they will be assessed on.
