My Project

Getting a good night's sleep is a vital component of every person's overall health and well-being. Studies show that kids who regularly get an adequate amount of sleep have improved attention, behavior, learning, memory, and overall mental and physical health. Creating a regular bedtime routine encourages good sleep patterns.

Children deserve to sleep on beds with sheets they enjoy and find comfortable.

The sheets should not have holes where your toe, foot, or leg can get caught. Children want to curl up under the sheets and blankets to get comfortable and fall asleep quicker. Additionally, they are being taught responsibility as they have their own sheets to use, keep clean, and make their bed. By children getting good night sleep, they are preparing their mind for the next day of learning and fun.
