My Students

Did you ever have a time when you couldn't capture a memory?

I strive to create a healthy, learning environment for my class.

My energetic kindergartners are actively engaged in learning each day. We are a Title 1 school in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Our school is predominately English Language Learners. More than 80% of the students receive free lunch.

My Project

Your donation will be used immediately and for years to come. With this digital camera, battery, case, and memory card I will be able to photograph student work, create a photo album of student activities, and develop curricular images of the different animals and plants that inhabit the earth. These supplies will add enrichment to the educational goals which make up the up the California state curriculum standards. These resources will inspire future learning and help students gain an appreciation for the educational process.

A digital camera will be an essential tool in our classroom.

We will use photographs to inspire writing and create lasting memories for my Kinder students. I can't wait to take pictures of the chicks as they hatch and see the smiles on my students' faces!
