My Students

At our school we work to cultivate the future leaders of the world for the 21st century and beyond. In collaboration with all members of our diverse community, we address the needs of the whole child, through rigorous academics and project-based learning.

Students are taught to think critically, communicate effectively, and solve real-world problems.

We believe that students thrive in a nurturing environment of trust, safety, and security to grow both emotionally and academically.

Our school is a school of excellence where children can achieve their full leadership potential in academics, creativity and moral development, thus becoming lifelong learners prepared for the 21st century and beyond.

My Project

This instant camera will help build creativity, vocabulary and self-expression in the classroom! I plan to create a new class job, class photographer. The class photographers will document special events and activities in our classroom.

I envision my students using these cameras to capture what they find important in school.

After we take pictures, I will write down what students say about the photos. This will be a very useful tool with my multi-language learners in class. Taking pictures and discussing them will help to build vocabulary and oral expression.
