My Project

Every beginning of the school year brings a lot of emotions, expectations, anxiety, and uncertainties. Second graders tend to be very into routines and things they can anticipate. Some of them or also very shy - or too extrovert - so a sense of belonging, organization, cleanliness, and a strong schedule can give them a sense of peace and ease.

I have been a teacher in this school for the past four years and I've seen things that can be improved by only putting things where they belong or having new materials such as bingo chips, dice, markers, and privacy shields that bring the students a sense of freshness and excitement.

These binders and storage bins are going to support that idea of organization and my students will have new tools to use in order to learn and grasp concepts better, such as the classroom set of learning clocks.
