Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are enrolled in a titled I school. They are young children who come from tough backgrounds. Many of them live in shelters, however, they do not let these obstacles affect their love for being at school. My school and classroom is their safe haven.

My Project

The materials will allow me to have my students have flexible seating and move around the classroom in a safe environment. With budgets being cut, getting new materials and things for the classroom have been really hard. These new chair and bins will be used daily!

This year I am teaching blended and with a focus of working 1:1 with students to help them be successful, color coding everything will really help when it comes to sanitizing at the end of the day.
