Teaching is not a job or a career for me. Teaching is my passion. My students teach me new things on a daily basis. Each and every student deserves the very best and with your help I can give them so much more to assist them in achieving their very best.
My students are your average 5th graders.
They are mostly from middle class families. They range from a variety of ability groups.
My students are extremely grateful for everything that is given to them, and they will use these resources to assist them in their success. The students in my class are amazing, sweet and kind. They amaze me on a daily basis with their eagerness to learn and grow. They are hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn.
My Project
The materials that I am requesting will be used to help fight the spread of COVID so that my students don't have to quarantine and lose valuable academic learning. The barricades will be used as a shield in order to protect the students when we are meeting in small groups. The face masks will be used as a backup for students who come to school without face masks or whose face masks get lost or damaged, which happens quite often.
All of these resources will help to lower/stop the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses.
