This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The first aid kits, ice packs, and digital thermometer I am requesting will make a difference in my students' learning by teaching them basic first aid, and how and when they will need to use basic first aid supplies.

The goals of this project are to help foster students' independent living skills and teach them how to use these items to help themselves and others in case of an emergency.

My students are special because they have extensive support needs and teaching them to build this skill is an essential part of being independent.
