My Students

The students in this school are from a very underprivileged area. They are dedicated to doing their best so they can go to college. They are all from low-income homes, and all receive free lunch and breakfast. They deserve the same opportunities as every other student. DonorsChoose can help provide them with some of those opportunities that I cannot afford to provide them with on my own. These students are more than capable of anything they set their mind on!

My Project

This upcoming school year has a lot of unknowns. One thing we know for sure, students will need their own supplies. This includes their own safety measures. I want to ensure that my students are prepared for whatever the new school year will bring.

The items I'm requesting (the masks, mesh bags, and hand sanitizer holders) will allow my students to have their own supplies for ready access as soon as they need it.

I plan to individualize their masks by adding their names with vinyl. They will be able to use the mesh bags to wash their masks and store their masks. The hand sanitizer will allow me to portion out a bigger hand sanitizer for each of them, so they can keep their own at their desk.
