Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are one of a kind. During this pandemic they are not only here, present in school, they are the sun that shines on us everyday. We forget sometimes that we are in a pandemic! Our beautiful students are amazing. They come in with wonderful smiles everyday. They come into school hopping on one foot, hiding behind their parents to surprise me! I am always surprised! They teach us every day how to face various individual challenges that appear in our classrooms, in our school and in our community.

In school we learn so much about ourselves, we are learning to adapt to a whole new world.

There is so much to learn in this incredible world of ours and we begin within the walls of our school, we call ourselves a "school family". Here, we not only learn about who we are and how to push ourselves, we also learn about each other and how to keep each other safe.

My Project

Students will not have to think about a safe classroom, safe toys, safe desks. All the children will have to do is think about making friends and learn about our five senses in school as we take comfort in every ones' safety.

Our Clorox disinfecting wipes will allow us to wipe the children toys, their desks throughout the day everyday.

Parents are doing their best to ensure that their children are safe and we will do our part in keeping their materials, in the classroom, as well as their space disinfected.
