This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are the reason why I’ve stayed in education for 6 years. While each student is completely different from the next, they all posses the ability to make me smile.

I work in a Title 1 school and would love to have the ability to provide my students with more than what the district can offer.

I feel that Donors Choose is a great way to help my students receive the best resources possible!

My Project

Going back into the classroom during a national pandemic can be scary. I always let my students know that I am their safe-keeper. I would love to be able to keep them as safe and healthy as possible by adding dividers to our small group table.

By having dividers at the small group table, I will be able to safely offer instruction to my students.

Small group is where I help my students learn math, reading, and writing skills. I pull up to 4 students per group at a small table and these dividers will my kinder kiddos to spread less germs by staying in their assigned areas.
