Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are hard-working students whose families care a lot about their success. They come from low socio-economic backgrounds, with almost every student qualifying for free or reduced-rate lunch. Over 90 percent are Hispanic, and many of them will be the first person in their family to graduate from college.

I want to give our students the resources and create a safe environment so they keep learning.

Let us think of education and sports as the means of developing our greatest abilities because in each of us there is a private hope and dream which, fulfilled, can be translated into benefit for everyone and greater strength for our nation.

My Project

This screen in our classroom will update the technology we have in the classroom. When linked to the school computer it will display the screen. Also, when it's connected to my computer, we will be able to use the monitor to project PowerPoint presentations, graphic organizers, videos, photos, and much more to assist in academic subjects.

Students will also be able to project their screens to the external display from their Chromebooks.

It would be an awesome addition to the classroom. Also, The UV sanitizers will help keep a clean classroom during this unprecedented time.

Students will be more engaged when interacting with technology using this display and feel safe in the classroom.
