My Project

I am a school nurse for elementary aged children in Baltimore, MD. I am responsible for every illness, injury, and emergency, for all students, staff, and family members that enter my building. Waiting to be picked up by a parent is stressful for every student, whether they're in preschool or 5th grade. I need a place where kids can sit and relax, rather than sleep.

The recliner would give me students a nice place to rest, read, color, and relax.

They could use the weighted blanket to give them the feeling of safety and comfort while they're sick of hurt.

I currently have a bin on the floor filled with books and fidget toys but I would love a proper shelf to store these for student-use.
