Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a School Climate Advocate, my goal is to provide a safe space at my high school where all the students can feel welcome, and free of judgment. A place where they can go to decompress and express themselves and be stress free. Supplying these materials for my classroom/safe space will help me provide that welcoming space that the students will want to come to talk about their problems, help them feel safe, and give them the opportunity to, even if for a moment, forget about their problems and worries.
