My Project

A large number of students come to school hungry each day. Many of them only eat when they are in school. We begin each day at 8:20 and don't have lunch until 1:00. Students need a snack to help them stay focused and engage in their learning. When their stomaches are empty they are not able to think about anything else.

Snacks can help students concentrate, reenergize tired students and motivate them to learn.

These snacks will offer students a variety of healthy and safe options for those that have allergies and give them a boost of energy to remain focused throughout the very long morning.

Students need healthy snacks and treats to help them stay engaged in their learning. I appreciate any and all snacks that are donated. These snacks will ensure that the classroom is well stocked with safe choices for the students when their bellies are growling. They will be able to open a drawer to grab a snack and get back to learning. Your generosity is truly appreciated. Thank you.
