My Project

My elementary school has started a new behavior support plan in order to encourage the students to be Respectful, Responsible, and Safe! We are going to be focusing on what it looks like to be Respectful, Responsible, and Safe in the lunchroom, hallways, bathrooms, classrooms, schoolyard, auditorium, stairways, and water fountains. The teachers have created incentive charts for the students to work for something they really enjoy! My elementary is giving out, "Decatur Dough," which can be traded in for a treat. When a student is "caught" being responsible, respectful, or safe, the teacher can reward them with DES Dough. All of this candy will be exchanged for students' good behavior! Please help me to reward my students and encourage them to focus on the positive in all areas of my school! Thanks so much!
