My Project

My track team is a dedicated group of runners that get to school at 7:00 in the morning. They love to run and they are working getting better at with each practice. I would like to give them 10 minutes at the end of practice to run with equipment.

My students will benefit from running with frisbees, soft footballs, and timers.

Many times we forget we are even working out when we have equipment in our hand. Using equipment will help them stay motivated in their running. Timers will help them be able to time their sprints and long distance runs. Some students don’t have phones so having these timers will help those students be able to track their times.
