Help me give my students a treadmill so they can properly rehab to get back from an injury as quickly and safely as possible to play their sport.

My Project

With the use of the treadmill, I will be able to help student return to their sport from significant or mild injuries. The ability to have them run or walk in a stationary space is significant for their return as it makes it easier to analyze how they run or walk to ensure they have good form. This can help me to analyze improper form as a preventative measure to reduce the risk of injury as well.

It will be placed in the weight room so any student may use it to increase their cardiovascular health.

Whereas it will be targeted for student athletes, anyone in a fitness class will have the ability to utilize the equipment. In a time where students struggle with leading sedentary lifestyles, this will be great for those who want to prioritize their health.
