My Project

The yoga mats will used by the students so they can stretch and recover before and after workouts. The students are currently lying on the classroom floor. On rainy days we workout inside and the students focus on stretching and isometric holds that maximize their potential. We also incorporate breathing exercises that help them maintain healthy minds. Our students stay after school and compete in weekend races. All are welcome and we celebrate every level of ability. The mats will motivate our athletes to develop more skills that they can apply to their everyday levels and promote healthy habits. Any help is greatly appreciated.
