My Project
Our large beautiful PreK classroom is all tile on concrete. I've slowly been collecting rugs to make fun play areas.
I am a strong believer in the importance of creating a comfortable environment for learning.
These rugs will anchor important learning areas in our classroom. The number rug will give my students a special place to play with our math manipulatives. The rug with stripes will give students a fun place to play and explore their imaginations with our LEGO Duplo collection. Currently students either sit on the hard floor or drag their toys to another learning areas which get congested. These rugs will create more opportunities to learn in new ways!
