Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Most of my students enjoy working out. During our indoor fitness unit, my students have been asking for rowing machines and heavier dumbbells since they enjoy participating in crew/rowing clubs as an after school activity. Rowing is an excellent activity for a complete body workout.

The rowing machine and dumbbells provide a convenient and accessible way to engage my students in muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance while improving their overall fitness level.

Additionally, using the rowing machine and dumbbells will help motivate and empower my students to stay active. It is also a great way for them to de-stress and boost their mood which will positively impact their academic performance and overall well-being.
