My Students

I currently have 18 students in my special education (ESE) class. My students are special needs students and have a love for technology, science, math, reading, and anything that involves them being creative with their hands.

They are very excited about learning, and eager to learn new things.

The students in my classroom are a diverse group of children who come from intricate family backgrounds. I teach at a low-income school, and I'm in classroom full of eager learners who are enthusiastic about coming to school every day!

My Project

These materials will bring science, math, and reading to life in my special education classroom. Students will be able to build robots, put puzzles together and learn about important African Americans.

Together, they can use their hands to help each other create new things that they never thought they could do.

The materials I chose will allow my students to expand beyond what they think they're capable of doing, and realize they can build and create endless possibilities that can take them further in life. Creativity has no limits or boundaries!
