My students need four "Bow hold buddies" for our beginner players, 10 practice mutes (we have none), 12 fine tuners, and 10 proper shoulder rests.

My Students

My string students are enthusiastic about learning the violin. We just need some supplies to help guide our younger players and proper chin rest, mutes and fine tuners to vamp up our current 5ht-8th grade orchestra players.

My string students are eager, driven and love to learn but we need some supplies to help our program.

My students come to lessons prepared and ready to learn. I like to use differentiated instruction to make sure all students needs are meet and work before school and during some lunches to help my students succeed. My students take pride when they are introduced to new materials and instruments. Their faces lights up with delight when they have properly tuned and maintained instruments.

My Project

My beginning string students are having trouble holding their bow. I have tried tapes and for some students that works but for others the "bow buddie" is the solution. My older strings students need mutes for their violin, fine tuners and proper shoulder rest. It is ok for beginners to have sponge rest but as the students progress a solid shoulder rest is key. They will use these tools to become more successful players.

The violin supplies will improve our string classroom and orchestra.

It will change so many lives. The fine tuners, mutes and shoulder rest can be used year after year. The "bow hold buddies" will help insure that all beginning students have proper bow hold.
