My Project

For this garden project, the specific items I would request (such as seeds, soil, gardening tools, and pots or garden beds) will directly impact the students' learning by providing them with hands-on, experiential learning opportunities. Gardening allows students to engage in science, math, and environmental studies, all while fostering teamwork, responsibility, and a connection to nature.

They will learn about sustainability, the importance of ecosystems, and how to take care of the environment.

My students come from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique interests and strengths. They are curious, eager to learn, and excited to explore the world around them. Many of them may not have had the opportunity to engage in gardening or hands-on projects before, so this experience will be especially meaningful for them. Their enthusiasm for learning, combined with the opportunity to connect to nature and work together, will make this project a truly valuable and memorable experience.
