My Students

My students and their families are from all over the country. Their young minds are open to exploring and adventures of all kinds and we love being able to provide opportunities and experiences that allow this to happen.

Gardening and food preparation is one of their favorite areas of interest.

My Project

Children will learn about the life cycle of a seed. They will have the opportunity to be responsible for the tasks involved with gardening. And, with any luck, they will be able to taste the fruits of their labor.

Children will plant seeds and watch them sprout.

They will have the opportunity to even watch what happens under the ground (not usually afforded this inside look at how the magic happens because it’s outside and underground).

Children will observe and write or draw about their observations. They will discover the fun in growing flowers and vegetables while implementing math, language, and life science skills.
