Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
This year, I’m requesting materials that will transform our classroom into a space where learning feels fun, exciting, and meaningful. Each item will play a unique role in enhancing my students’ educational experience and helping them grow both academically and emotionally.
The materials I’m requesting will help create a classroom environment where students feel welcomed, motivated, and excited to learn.
To foster a love for reading, I’m building a cozy reading corner with comfortable seating, colorful decorations, and engaging books. This special space will make reading feel enjoyable and accessible, supporting our goal of getting every student to read at grade level.
Additionally, I’m requesting supplies to create collaborative learning centers where students can work together on hands-on activities. These centers will make learning interactive and help students develop critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
To add an extra layer of excitement, I’m stocking a prize box with fun toys and supplies to reward positive behavior, attendance, and effort. These small incentives will motivate students to come to school each day ready to participate and achieve.
My goal is to create an environment where students feel inspired to learn, confident in their abilities, and excited to come to school each day. By making the classroom fun and engaging, I aim to ignite a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
My third-grade students are an incredible group of curious, creative, and resilient learners. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives to the classroom. Despite the challenges many of them face, they are eager to learn and grow every day. Your support will help provide the tools and environment they need to thrive.
