Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I love having the opportunity to teach students who are eager to learn and chase their own dreams!

My classroom is made up of a diverse group of twenty first graders with a wide range of skill levels and backgrounds.

In my classroom, you will find hardworking children who are learning English as a second language and children who qualify for free lunch, along with children who are challenged academically. My students give me a "why" each day and are inspirational!

My Project

I am excited to have students in my classroom to learn and grow! However when my students arrive for in person learning this year we will be making many adjustments.

Our learning will look much different in order to make sure everyone has a safe and comfortable learning experience.

Upon our return students will be engaging with live instruction in person and online each week. For this transition I am requesting materials that will help me to provide meaningful instruction in an efficient manner no matter the setting. I have requested a cart on wheels in order to move materials and supplies to multiple settings. The bins I have requested will help keep supplies and materials organized. The iPad stand will allow me to display content on a larger screen while keeping a safe distance.

I truly appreciate your support with this project as these supplies will be greatly helpful when we begin our learning in multiple settings!
