My Project

Though I teach fifth graders, I have a variety of ability levels in my classroom. This means it is crucial that I provide small-group instruction to help bridge the gap! We currently have to sit on the floor because our small group table is broken. This table will allow us to sit comfortably and even show our skills ON the table since the top is a whiteboard!

Students are in school for 6 hours a day, so we must make them comfortable so they can learn!

We currently have old, uncomfortable plastic chairs at student desks. I was recently at a school where the teacher had rolling ergonomic chairs for every single student in the class! I’d love to surprise my class with this added piece of comfort to help promote a comfortable way to learn and show them they’re worth so much more!
