My Project

Rock Your School is a national event hosted by Get Your Teach On. It is a day when educators create an experience for their students. In years past, we have done a Rock n Roll theme, a 90s theme, and a Ghostbusters theme.

This year the plan is to transform our hallway and classrooms into Emerald City.

The Wizard of Oz is a classic and I can't wait for our students to experience a magical day. The backdrops and decor will help create an experience like no other. Having life-size Tinman, Scarecrow, and Lion will help set the stage to engage. The yellow brick road will give students that feeling of anticipation. This will be our first "official" room transformation of the year. I just can't wait for RYS 2022!
