This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Nowadays, robots are part of our teaching process and engage students in science practice connecting engineering and design. This project aims to provide students with vivid experiences about using robots and how helpful they can be in the classroom. They are valuable tools for students to design, develop, and program robots to create models and carry out investigations using them to connect to real life or develop situations to simulate behaviors that can let students understand how the world works.

Students can apply their knowledge and Spanish language skills to promote meaningful learning through these tools.

My students are willing to learn science and technology using a second language, which is Spanish in this case. They have good communication skills, and the goal is to increase their Spanish level through science, creating different environments that let them express their thoughts.
