My students are children of mixed abilities and backgrounds. We are a Title I (low income) school where many students receive free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch. They come to school from various backgrounds and all need our support to grow to their full potential.
These students are excited and energetic about learning.
They are constantly looking for ways to stretch their education and for new and exciting things. I want to help these students become successful in and outside of the classroom.
My Project
The following project will be used to purchase five mobile storage centers for my robotics students. These students have devoted an amount of time to work on their robots. The skills they are learning will help them beyond the classroom.
As the students travel to competitions they are in need of an easier method of transporting their robots and equipment.
This project will allow students to easily transport their materials with mobile storage centers. Students will be able to easily fit their robots, spare parts, electronics, and tools in one center on wheels, instead of having to carry numerous bins and toolboxes.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
