My Project

In the post-pandemic world in which we live, the band room has become a place of comfort for my students. Music making takes place in the band room before school, during lunch and after school. My students are enthusiastic about learning music and cannot wait to share what they are learning with their families and local community!

The percussion section keeps the beat, adds color and unique energy to our performances.

Percussionists are truly the backbone of the band! We are in desperate need of a concert snare drum, as ours are antiquated and damaged from more than a decade of daily use. Since many of my students cannot afford instruments of their own, the drum pads and bell kits will make home practice accessible to all.
