My Project

Children are natural rhythmic music makers and they love to make music with percussion instruments. Playing a percussion instrument gives both the body and mind lots of benefits. First off it promotes self expression as well as being an easily accessible tool for building connections within their social group.

I am requesting shakers and a rhythm set.

Making music together is therapeutic for students health, sociability, emotions, self confidence, and it builds mental and physical coordination. Creating music together is a high level skill and helps them in their other academic learning efforts. Learning music is FUN and nourishes their spirits!
