Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My studious 3rd grade scholars are currently attending school in a hybrid model. My students are both English Language Learners and students whose first language is English, they show up eager to learn each day. They enjoy reading diverse books, learning with hands on stem activities and participating in interactive math lessons.

My students come from very diverse backgrounds.

My students are 2 separate groups that each learn with me for half a day. I have a large ENL population, they are eager to learn and enjoy every minute of it. My students are general and special education students. They are all amazing kids!

Teaching the youth of today is very exciting…Soon, the youth, will be our leaders of tomorrow.

My Project

My students have been working hard in a hybrid model all year. This project will provide me with materials to refresh my reward box. These items will be used to help teach my students the power of accomplishing and finishing work. Earning rewards is a great way to get students to understand success and feel the joy of doing a great job.

Markers, stickers, and other rewards will get my students motivated to work.

These items will be used to reward students for working, helping others or showing good character. My students love to color so that will be used as motivation as well with the finished quote coloring pages being displayed as a constant reminder.
