Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love coming to school and working hard. I want to help keep them motivated by creating an awards system in my classroom and giving them something for their birthday.

Stickers are a great way to speak to that intrinsic motivation and recognize positive student behavior.

Not only is it a concrete acknowledgment, but it is public — one that can be seen by other students

The stickers are a great incentive to have in the classroom. The rewards system will help with motivating the students to come to school and try their best in class.
