Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Small rewards can be a great way to motivate middle school students to perform better on math assessments. I have been purchasing these type of small rewards for my students for the past few years and I have found that they are a great way to reward student success. Students will work to the next level of performance if they know that it will be rewarded better.

I pride myself on building relationships with students and producing the highest of results when it comes to assessments.

These small rewards are yet another tool in my toolkit for success for these young men and women.
