Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I believe that fostering positive behavior is crucial for creating a productive and successful learning environment. My aim is to promote good behavior among my kindergartners by providing rewards that motivate and inspire them. My students really appreciate rewards like squishy balls, fidgets, and plush animals.

This approach will benefit every student in my classroom, including those with disabilities, Gifted and Talented students, English Language Learners, and at-risk students.

Providing these rewards and celebrating their achievements not only motivates them to attend school eagerly but also enhances their overall school experience. These rewards and celebrations foster better relationships among students and contribute to a more positive classroom environment.
