My Project

Learning and having positive behavior can can be tricky for 4 year olds! Sometimes students need a little incentive to complete their work and try their very best. Positive reinforcement is a great way to help students accomplish their educational and social goals while rewarding them for the great amount of effort they put into their school days.

Positive reinforcement is a technique that increases the likelihood of a behavior occurring by providing a reward after the behavior happens.

It's a method of behavior modification that strengthens a desired behavior.

My goal for this project is to give students a reward for all of the hard work they have done for the past 100 days! My 4 year old students have become amazing at taking turns, communicating ideas, listening to stories and getting themselves ready for kindergarten. They really deserve something special! I would like to give them a 100 day glow party to reward their glowing behavior and show that we care about them and their education!
