This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Many of our students are on free and reduced lunch and really love rewards that are food-based. When students exceed expectations and do something that is innovative within the context of their classes here, we like to show appreciation by rewarding them with a choice of candy. This order would be enough to supply rewards and encouragement/reinforcement to our students for about one year. You might not think something as small as candy would make such a big impact with students, but we assure you it does! Thank you for any help you are able to provide!
