My Project

This project is to help keep motivation high in my classroom. It has been very successful in previous years that students want to excel and push through difficult tasks and skills knowing they will be rewarded with candy, fidget toys or punch balloons. We, as adults, are rewarded when we complete our work hours, so students should be as well when they give their best effort in achieving the skills they are being taught. Having the reward tangible or edible gives the variety to students that is their desire of what motivational item works for them!
