My Project

Welcome to the library! Upon entering, you'll find yourself standing on a giant carpet map of America. A visual representation with personalized images highlighting a well-known fact about each state, which will help students in mastering their geography skills. We will explore the making of America and the freedoms we enjoy as citizens of this great country. Together we will celebrate America's 250th birthday in the coming year. Learning about this great country in which we live.

My goal is for the children to gain a greater appreciation for the opportunities of living in a free land and remember those who paid the ultimate price to enjoy this freedom and their responsibility to be good citizens and contribute to a peaceful society.

Our students will learn and grow together as they recognize America as a great melting pot of all cultures where each individual is recognized and valued.
