This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I have had the incredible privilege of teaching my 7th grade students since their 5th grade year. Watching them grow and develop over these past few years has been a profoundly rewarding experience. They are a remarkable group of young learners—curious, enthusiastic, and full of potential. Their unique qualities and dedication to learning inspire me every day, and I am committed to providing them with the best educational environment possible.

The Safco Products Rumba Collaborative Tables are specifically designed to transform our classroom into a dynamic, interactive, and engaging learning space.

These tables will facilitate group work, encouraging students to communicate and collaborate more effectively, which is essential for developing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The mobility and versatility of the Rumba tables will allow us to easily reconfigure our classroom for various activities, supporting different teaching styles and learning needs. The modern design and functionality of these tables will create a more inviting and stimulating classroom environment, helping to keep students engaged and motivated. By providing a space that supports hands-on activities and group discussions, these tables will make learning more interactive and enjoyable for my students.

My primary goal for this project is to create a classroom environment that enhances collaboration, engagement, and flexibility. I want to empower my students to take an active role in their learning, develop essential 21st-century skills, and foster a love for learning that will last a lifetime. By transforming our classroom with the Rumba Collaborative Tables, I aim to provide my students with the tools they need to succeed academically and personally.
