My Students

My students are eager learners who are glad to be back in school, after their remote learning experiences last year. They are a culturally diverse group of learners who set high goals for themselves, track their goals and celebrate their successes. They always keep a growth mindset and their belief in the Power of Yet helps them to overcome their struggles.

They are Eagles, who practice leadership skills by inspiring their classmates and helping their community.

My Project

Please help our classroom by funding this project so that the students can keep frequently used learning tools in good working condition for the whole school year. My students use several paper resources, such as charts, prompts, and strategy bookmarks, to guide them in various subjects each day so that they can stay on track and do their best work. They use the resources so frequently that they become battered and frequently need to be reprinted. I would like to laminate these things and have the students store them in bins, instead of in their desks, so that they last longer and are more effective tools for the students.
