My Students

I teach 30 fourth grade students, ages 9 and 10! They are unique individuals with a variety of talents, abilities, needs, characteristics, personalities, academic abilities, and learning styles. For some of my students, learning comes easy, and for other students, academics is challenging! I want to empower each student with an attitude that they can learn and accomplish anything they want to if they put their mind to it! I am creating activities, strategies, and lessons to engage all learners!

My students are in very different places academically, emotionally, mentally, and socially because of Covid for the last two years!

They are all special, kind, thoughtful, and are learning to be leaders. They come into the classroom every day with positive attitudes, and eager to learn, despite the challenges of Covid! It's wonderful to see students be responsible for their own learning, engaged in activities, exploring, discovering and thinking about their thinking!

My students have determination, motivation, and potential for greatness! Their excitement shows as they enter the classroom with happy smiles, positive energy, and a love for learning!

My Project

The school supplies will help students stay organized both at school and at home. The head phones and charging cords will allow students to work in a quiet environment as they complete tasks at school and home as well.

The Craft supplies, arrow heads, and art materials will be an added resource for our Utah Studies units as students participate in engaging, hands on activities to enhance learning.

Students will enjoy the variety of resources, and will be able to return to learning through fun, engaging, activities that will enhance their education!
